Six months after it went live, direct-customer work nearly tripled. April to September 2026 vs the same months of 2025: direct-customer revenue +194%; total invoiced +105%; average direct job value +76%; direct customers +66%; jobs +41%. Work outside Yorkshire grew roughly 36 times, from almost nothing to about a third of direct revenue, with jobs now coming from 18 postcode areas from Cardiff to Newcastle. Without its largest jobs, direct revenue was still up 86%. Genuine enquiry volume held steady, and since launch three in four enquiries that gave a postcode came from outside Yorkshire. Results are published as percentages only.
